Karen Clarke

Professor Emeritus, Florida State University. Student of Robert Gerle, Joseph Silverstein, and Donald Weilerstein. Active recitalist, chamber musician, orchestral player and period instrument violinist. Soloist with Buffalo Philharmonic, North Carolina Symphony, Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, Atlanta Baroque Orchestra and Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra. Member, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and concertmaster of Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Baroque Orchestra and Belle Meade Baroque in Nashville. Founding member, Rogeri Trio, concerts throughout the United States, residency at Yale University. Students, finalists in solo and chamber music competitions and hold positions in universities and symphony orchestras in U.S. and abroad. Blair School since 2007.
