L’Inspiration d’Amour

Students throughout Vanderbilt come together to present an afternoon filled with drama, romance and the inspiration of love. In its second year, the Vanderbilt Commodore Orchestra brings together undergraduates from all of Vanderbilt’s colleges, along with alumni and residents of the greater Nashville area to share the drama of Carmen, the symbolist tone-poems of Debussy, and the romance of Romeo and Juliet. The transcendent passion personified throughout this music represents the central pillars of the inspiration of love. You will not want to miss this breathtaking experience from the Vanderbilt Commodore Orchestra!
