Weather news for Saturday, February 21
The Vanderbilt Commodore Orchestra concert will take place as scheduled at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21. However, due to icy conditions on the plaza in front of the building, patrons should enter through the Turner Hall entrance, not the Ingram Lobby entrance. Ushers will direct you through the building to Ingram Hall. Please use caution!
Weather news for Friday, February 20
The Blair String Quartet concert that was scheduled for Friday, Feb. 20, will be postponed due to forecasted severe winter weather. The concert will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Weather news for Thursday, February 19
Amy Alley has canceled all Kindermusik classes on Thursday, Feb. 19, due to extreme cold temperatures.
All Blair Children’s Chorus activities for Thursday, Feb. 19, are canceled.
Weather news for Wednesday, February 18
Blair Children’s Chorus Chorale will NOT rehearse on Wednesday, Feb. 18.
The final Audition Weekend for prospective students, scheduled for February 21-22 at the Blair School, will take place as scheduled.
All Vanderbilt collegiate classes will resume today, Wednesday, Feb. 18.
Blair precollege lessons and classes resume today as well. Student and parents are advised to use caution. If road conditions make travel unsafe in your area, please contact the teacher as early as possible. Lessons will be made up if reasonable advance notice is given.
Steve Buckingham has canceled MUSO 154, scheduled for 6:10 p.m. Feb. 18 in Alumni Hall.
Liz Johnson has canceled her morning lessons scheduled for Feb. 18.
Mike Porter has canceled his classes scheduled for Feb. 18.

The Tuesday, February 17, concert from ALIAS Chamber Ensemble has been postponed due to weather and will be rescheduled at a later date.
The Monday, February 16, concert from Daniel Reinker and friends has been postponed due to weather and will be rescheduled at a later date.
ALL precollege ensembles, lessons and classes are canceled for Monday, February 16.
All admissions tours for prospective students are canceled for Monday, February 16.
Michael Kurek has canceled all composition lessons, Orchestration (11:10 a.m.-noon) and Harmonic Idioms (1:10-2 p.m.) on Monday, February 16.
Patsy Wade has canceled all private lessons and classes for her precollege and university students on Monday, February 16.
