Vanderbilt Wind Symphony to perform at 2023 CBDNA conference

The Vanderbilt University Wind Symphony, directed by Thomas Verrier, will perform at the national conference of the College Band Directors National Association (CBDNA) February 16, in Athens, Georgia. This marks the second time the Blair ensemble has been invited to participate in the prestigious gathering of collegiate music leaders and groups from the across the country.

The Wind Symphony will begin a busy week of performances with a special preview concert at Blair School of Music’s Martha Rivers Ingram Hall on Tuesday, February 14, 8:00 p.m. The following day they will travel to Georgia, where they’ll perform for students at Roswell High School in the Atlanta area, leading into Thursday’s appearance at the CBDNA conference.
