Vanderbilt trombone professor Jeremy Wilson and the vibrant Nashville low brass community have teamed up to present an unforgettable evening of music, artistry, and connection on Monday, March 31 in Turner Recital Hall.
The collaborative program, “Bonded in Brass,” brings together the next generation of trombone talent alongside seasoned professionals and will feature performances by the Vanderbilt Trombone Studio, community ensemble Bone Therapy, and Blair professors Nick Laufer (trombone), Bethany Wiese (tuba), and Megan Gale (piano). Special guests from the Nashville Symphony, Anthony Cosio-Marron and Chandler Currier, will round out this inspiring showcase of brass brilliance.

“I decided to call this concert ‘Bonded in Brass’ because brass is a bonded alloy of zinc and copper,” said Jeremy Wilson. “As musicians, our love of music and our brass instruments are powerful forces that can bring people together.”
