• 8PM- Blair Big Band Concert (Ingram Hall)
  *Tickets will be reserved for auditioning students an their families.

NEW PARKING ROUTE 
Travel Advisory- there will be the 2024 Hot Chocolate Charity Run taking place near Vanderbilt, so you should plan your travel around that route, which is listed below.  Blair is south of the road route, near Blakemore Avenue, but travel from the north and west could be affected.  Race Route

• Enter the West Parking Garage from the 24^th Avenue Entrance (see attached map). Immediately upon entry, follow ramp left up and around to ground floor and levels 2 and 3 parking (above ground). Choose available spots (No pass required).
  
  
• Exit the parking garage using elevators/stairs on the 24th Avenue side of the building (This will be to the left as you are facing Blair School of Music). Upon exiting the garage, use the cross walk at the corner of 24^th avenue to Blair.
  *Signs will be posted to direct path to entrance.

Uber/ Lyft / Hotel Shuttle / General Drop-Off Guests should be dropped off at the corner of 24th Avenue and Childrens Way.  Use the cross walk to walk across 24th Avenue to Blair.

NOTE: There are no alternative drop-off locations on 2/24 and vehicles cannot pull-up to the building. Students carrying instruments should plan accordingly (using garage elevators and crosswalk, as marked.)

BUILDING HOURS & SAFETY RESOURCES
Blair will be closed to guests after 7:30PM on Friday.

Campus Security will check on Blair as part of their regular rounds and for this evening’s concert event.

NOTE- The Vanderbilt Shuttle is just for current students, so you should plan your travel with this in mind

VandySafe app download and register for an account using your personal email address. You must register to use all the features. From the app, you can contact the emergency and non-emergency VUPD phone lines. There is an option, if needed, where you can trigger a mobile blue light, using the “Virtual Walk Home” feature, and receive push alerts to their mobile devices in the event of an emergency on campus. There are additional safety tools that they can explore as well.
