Jacob Schaub

Librarian

Jacob Schaub is the Music Cataloger at the Anne Potter Wilson Music Library. He is responsible for the cataloging, subject analysis, classification, and authority work for all music materials, as well as contributing to digital initiatives such as the Global Music Archive. He also participates in library-wide committees such as the Metadata Committee, the VU DiscoverArchive Project Team, and the Primo Development Project Team. Jacob holds a B.A. in Geography and Earth Resources and a B.M. with an emphasis in Music History from Utah State University. He also holds an M.L.I.S. with a specialization in cataloging from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
