Ashley Pratt has worked for Vanderbilt University since February 2020, supporting areas under the Office of the Provost including arts, libraries and graduate education. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University, majoring in public relations and minoring in journalism. She also holds a SHRM-SCP Certification.
Prior to joining Vanderbilt University, she spent more than six years at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she discovered her passion for HR. Pratt now provides HR support to both the Divinity School and Blair School of Music.
She loves live music, her chihuahua, Willow, spending time with family, being an aunt, hiking, and being involved at her church.
