Greg Ornella comes from the northwest region of Ohio, where he grew up performing in coffee houses and playing music with friends. He went on to attend Ohio University, where he received a bachelor of arts in audio engineering, followed by internships at the Toy Box Studio in Nashville; Flora Recording & Playback in Portland, Oregon; and later at Fat Sound Records in Toledo, Ohio. Ornella continues to record and mix out of his home studio in East Nashville.
He also has a passion for listening to all different types of music and podcasts, with the Grateful Dead holding his number one spot. In his spare time, he enjoys camping in the nearby state parks with his two westies and his wife, Abby.
