
Kyle Odum
Live Audio Supervisor
William Kyle Odum is from Harlem, Georgia, but now calls Nashville home. A director, sound designer, video designer, producer, technician, and all-around creator, Odum is a founding member and producer for Woven Theatre Company in Nashville.
He has provided technical expertise, design work, and consulting to arts organizations and schools across Middle Tennessee, including work with the Nashville Children’s Theatre, Studio Tenn, Nashville Rep, Nashville Shakespeare Festival, Kindling Arts, Williamson County Schools, Metro Nashville Schools, Fisk University, Verge Theatre, Vanderbilt University Theatre, Vanderbilt Opera, and more.
Along with his work in the arts, Odum is a maker with expertise in laser cutters/engravers, woodworking, wood turning, CNC machines, 3D printing, prototyping, digital design, and running makerspaces.
A member of the Theatrical Sound Designers and Composers Association (TSDCA) and the Association of Sound Designers (ASD), Odum holds a bachelor of fine arts in directing from Belmont University and a master of science in nonprofit administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
